From her early days growing up in her father’s dental practice, to her extensive post graduate studies in the area of TMJ dysfunction, Dr. Baker has dedicated herself to providing beautiful smiles, relieving pain and bolstering her patient’s self-esteem.
Education
Dr. Baker completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University, where she double majored in Finance and Marketing and was a University Scholar as well as a recipient of the Donald Fincham Endowment. Dr. Baker received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University, where she was an inductee of the C. Edmund Kells Honor Society and recipient of the Academy of Osseointegration Outstanding Student in Implant Dentistry Award. After LSU, Dr. Baker continued on to Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, where she received her certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. While at JU, Dr. Baker was the recipient of the Outstanding Resident Clinician award, the Theodore L. Jerrold Memorial award and the Outstanding Orthodontic Research Award where she was published in the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontics Journal for her research efforts. After completion of her orthodontic residency, Dr. Baker completed an intensive two year post graduate program with Advanced Education in Orthodontics focused on functional goals in contemporary orthodontic treatment. Dr. Baker also has continuing study with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain in Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Baker is proud to be an esteemed member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Orthodontics Association, Metropolitan Denver Dental Society, and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontics. She is also an active participant in ongoing educational activities around Denver through various local study clubs.
Interests
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Baker loves spending time with her family; her partner, Mark, her daughter Emma, her son Harris and her step children, Rowan, Holden and Margot. In her free time, you can find Dr. Baker enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors and snuggling up on the couch for a movie night with her kids.
